You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, you will not receive the full benefit and vice versa. We can educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lifestyle and create an individualized plan to achieve your goals.

Yoga, meditation and a mindfulness practice is the key to connecting with your most authentic self. Utilizing breath work, movement and stillness to dive deep into the body helps you to not only calm and soothe your central nervous system and detoxify your body but it also helps to better understand your relationship within the fabric of our human existence and solidifies your connection to  the WHY you want to make these healthier changes in your life.

Detoxing will clear out toxins from your body and give your digestive system a break to heal and restore naturally, before introducing new eating habits and food. What is a Whole Food Plant-Based Vegan Diet?

The principles of a whole-foods, plant-based, vegan diet are as follows:

  • Eat whole, minimally processed foods.
  • Eliminate and avoid animal products.
  • Focus on a wide variety of colorful plants, including vegetables, herbs, fruits, whole grains, legumes, seeds and nuts.
  • Exclude refined foods, like added sugars, white flour and processed oils.
  • Pay special attention to food quality, with many proponents of the WFPBV diet promoting locally sourced, organic food whenever possible.
